  Food was good and the waitress was very nice. The problem was with the whole game card/ dinner deals. It’s absolutely ridiculous to for a customer to pay 20%tip on a 75$ game card (or any of the others deals). Definitely took away from the dinner/gaming experience.

  Service was in hell lol I am NOT one to leave negative reviews and listen, I get it, it's a dave and busters. But waiting for my 2.5 year old to get a water for over an hour is outrageous. Not to mention we ordered drinks that just never arrived. We were never greeted by a server. Our table was forgotten about. We had to get our own silverware and straws. The server talked back to us when we said we no longer wanted our drinks since we had already gotten our meals and then proceeded to avoid us and eventually came back over and then when we asked for the check sarcastically told us that everyone else was using the SINGULAR tablet available for the entire side of the restaurant to use to pay. Everyone else was over served and belligerent before 5 PM. So ya, this was awful. I will never return here lol. This was supposed to be a good time with my fam where we could have our kid to play and eat but it turned into a complete and utter disaster. Been coming here on and off since I was a teen. Place is in the TOILET.

  First and last time at Dave and Busters. This place is very much mismanaged. Sat at the bar for 30 minutes before even being acknowledged. Put in for a table for 4. They said it would be 20 minutes. After 35 minutes I went up to the podium and they forgot even though they texted me I had a text I was on the wait list. After 15 minutes at a booth we had to flag someone down just to get an order in. It is now 2 hours in and no food. 1 drink from the bar. Also adding in we never recieved silverware and had to grab it ourselves from the stand. I dont know what is happening here but do not go!

  We arrived at 5:15pm with out reservations, we expressed a need for a table for 6 a gentleman at the front desk was seating us and said he couldn’t do 6 at the moment he could do 4. I said we would take the 4 for now he expressed he had a reservations for 2 6 top tables and if those tables did not show up by 6:30 we could move from the 4 top to the 6 top at that point. As I write this review at 7:32 that 6 top has been empty the entire time we have spoken to the waitress attending us, the waiter Ethan who has expressed that we would be able to love form the 4top to the 6top several times. Than we asked our waitress for 2 more chairs to accommodate our 2 waiting guest. While we are discussing this the original waiter who said we could move from the 4 top to the 6 top made HSI way from the greeting station to the table and said we need to stop harassing them we been harassing them all night which is completely incorrect we were holding Ethan accoutnable for what he said. Iyana our waitress is great 5 stars Irene did her best to mitigate the situation but this thing started with Ethan and he made it worse the entire time instead if being transparent and when someone is holing him accountable it is diff from being harassed. Irene and Iyana were great did the best they can to fix the issue but we still ended up at 4top as of 7:45 that table is still empty

  When we first sat in the bar area, there was no acknowledgment—no greeting, eye contact, or “I’ll be right with you.” When I finally got the bartender’s attention (short pink hair with bangs), I asked for a table. She said all tables were taken, even though several were occupied by people who were not dining or drinking. I asked if those guests could be moved so we could be seated to eat. The bartender told me she could not ask them to move and that I could go ask them myself. I expressed that this was ultimately her responsibility, not mine. She then approached one of the guests, who said he was waiting for family. We went to the restroom and, when we returned, the table was vacant, so we seated ourselves. From that point, we waited close to 20 minutes again with no acknowledgment before anyone came to take our order. Since the eat-and-play option must be ordered through a server, this delay meant my 6-year-old had to wait that entire time before being able to play. Given the level of service, the automatically included gratuity did not feel appropriate. I spoke with management and requested it be removed. The arcade is essentially the core of this establishment and functions almost entirely through self-service kiosks, which actually work well. Unfortunately, the customer service on the food and beverage side does not match the rest of the experience.
