  I usually not leave negative review but since it is Dunkin my favourite place I have to warn my people that this place is the worst in waiting time and taste and service drink in the area I order multiple times it does not taste the same it all taste different and most of the time they met it wrong after waiting for a 15 minute in the drive-through line and still have to wait at the counter because they make it wrong making my morning coffee trip miserable

  This is completely unacceptable. I waited over 17 minutes for my order on the side of the building, only to receive incomplete and incorrect items. If I’m paying for a meal especially from a place that prides itself on speed like Dunkin I expect it to be accurate and handled with some level of urgency and responsibility. This experience showed a clear lack of effort, attention, and accountability. This needs to be addressed immediately.

  My first time trying this location they said they were out of donuts and munchkins, tried again next time and the munchkins were old and stale. Iced coffee had no flavor even with added syrups they need a new staff.

  Recently this dunkin has been the best one i’ve ever gone to. Not sure if I’ve just experienced the A Team frequently or what, but the last few weeks I am in awe of the efficiency and warmth I’ve felt at this location. The service is so quick. Even when there’s a massive line, it’s moving fast and they get through it before it backs up into the street (small drive through area). The food is hot, but never burned, my drink is always correct, and I’ve not experienced them having any stock issues (I’ve gone any time between 6am-3pm). And to top it off, they seem to be so sweet and kind even when it’s busy (especially the women at the drive through, y’all are amazing), even more than just the “please and thank you” customer service. And it does not affect the speed at all! I leave SMILING, it’s truly crazy good for such a massive chain. Just been out of this world the last few weeks, and I felt it had to be said. (and to clarify, it wasn’t bad before, just recently has been amazing!)

  Just got here at 5:13 with my gf and was told they didnt have donuts. At opening time. Which is kinda hard to believe considering that when i worked for dunkin, the donuts got restocked by overnight delivery. And i doubt they have crews unloading and stocking the core product during daytime service, so it seems like we were just turned away so our friend on the drive thru headset could return to her cigarette break.
