  If I can give this place no stars I would I had my son go stand at the counter round 850 at night he stood there for almost 30 mins and no one took his order when he finally asked someone if they was gunna take his order they said the register was down up front he then ask the manager if he can please ring his order in the drive thru and was ignored after standing there n no one helping him I told him to ask for the manager name and the corporate office number the guy then laughed n threw him out and refused to serve him I could understand if my son was causing trouble but he wasn’t he stood in line patiently and you can watch the camera yourself and see I also run 2 burger kings and I know personally we are not allowed to lock doors early and refuse service to customers if they’re inside the building before doors are locked. I want a call regarding this since their phone not in service and this Wendy’s should be investigated because this is not the first time they have locked their doors early. More sales the more labor u can have for to give to your crew and refusing service is mind blowing to me…. The picture below is the manager laughing at my son when asking for his name the corporate office number before throwing him out

  Some AI robot took my order, got my order completely wrong, awful experience dealing with that in the drive thru, put the human beings back.

  Worse Wendy's in Southern New England. The employees have no hussle,no pep in their step... To say the least
