Drove to the location and went to the menu to place the code when I was ignored while they took two other cars that pulled in after me in another lane prior to taking my order . Then we waited seven minutes in line to get to the front window for the manager to ask me to take a parking spot because my food was still not ready. When I did receive my food, it was not of the best quality I went back in. I asked if this was made fresh they told me it was I said then there’s something wrong with your grease. It’s probably broken down and the fries are cold. The response I got was “our grease is viable “.

I’m not looking down on anybody, but this is probably the Jenkieist McDonald’s we have in Massachusetts, they did remodel the inside, but guess what you can’t sit down
