  This establishment is a joke, I have wasted money on a coffee I couldn’t drink because they assumed my coffee was fine but it was disgusting, dark and bitter. You ask for 3 caramel swirls and they giving you 1.5 cause idk. Milk? You ain’t getting that. They don’t speak at the window and closed hours before normal closing time and still collected my money and no coffee. GOODBYE DUNKIN

  2nd time, I should have known better after the first time. They say its hot chocolate. I say its cup of hot water with a table spoon of what they call hot chocolate and mix it in. 1st time was over 4 months ago, same crap 4 months later. Taste absolutely nothing like hot chocolate. This time I'm actually driving back with it. Need my money back...

  I am so thankful to the ladies at this Dunkin . My car broke down 5:00 am in the drive-through , they came out to check on me. Tried to see what was wrong with my car. I called AAA while AAA was put in my car on the tow truck. These ladies were nice enough to let me stay inside because it was so cold out until my ride arrived.I really appreciate what they did for me . Thank you so much ladies 🙏🏼

  Would give a 0 if i could . The new employees are rude always giving an attitude. Just miserable poor customer service. Smoking cigarettes near the building ,love getting a nice disgusting whiff while getting my coffee in the morning .

  I went there on a Saturday morning. I had asked a man on the speaker if he can do me an avocado with bacon, add egg & sourdough bread on top like a sandwich PLEASE & thank you because for every single Dunkin I always do. I never had a problem he did & proceeded to say “anything else” cocky. I get to the window a woman opens the window & just tells me my total. I tell her I’m paying with Apple Pay pls & just no remorse of like sure , okay , just not a single word. She hands me my bag & I’m super confused because it always comes in a box the avocado sandwich, ha jokes the box is squeezed in the bag with extra items I bought as well which in a big no no . I open the box to always make sure my sandwich is right & it’s not. Bacon was missing. I told the woman “the bacon is missing “ she doesn’t acknowledge ANYTHING or even say sorry. She hands it back & says absolutely nothing! I drive off & I’m eating on my way back towards downtown & when I do thank god my husband was with me because I had to spit it out. IT WAS BURNT! Now I stop at a different location Dunkin & pray they were nice enough to remake a new one. & lucky enough they were super nice & very upset themselves what they seen with there own eyes & beautifully made my sandwich they it should have. Thank you to those girls they were awesome & understanding.
