I’ve been inside and they certainly weren’t rude in any way but they are very busy (with drive thru/door dash) every time.

When I got to the windown a rude lady came up to me with my order excepted the donut I had ordered for my son. Without any explanation she walked away. I waited couple seconds and called her to inform I didn’t get the donut. Her answer was what do you want me to do😱. At the moment I didn’t Believe she told me that. I told her well I paid for an item and I’m expecting to get it . She told me the app doesn’t know they don’t have the donut flavor I asked for. I told her , well your job is to inform customers the item is not available and offer another flavor to customers. Once again she walked away. Another girl came and I explained her the situation and she offered me another donut. She was nice and actually gave my son an extra donut. I do believe they need to seat and train some of their employees because it has happened several times.
