I called the store, and while I understand that fast-food places can be short-staffed at times, that should not lead to mistakes or unprofessionalism when handling an unhappy customer. Even though I did receive a refund and a replacement pizza, I was uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. When I tried to show them how hard the pizza was by tapping it on my dresser so they could hear the sound through the phone, I was told I wasn’t making the sound and that I was lying. The pizza was literally rock hard, and I was only trying to explain what went wrong. I don’t need to lie about a $10 pizza — the photos speak for themselves. I also had to wait an hour and 30 minutes for the replacement pizza, and it arrived cold. I’ll have to reheat it, but at least it isn’t hard and crunchy. Raw, uncut, non proportioned cheese(it’s all in the middle dry on sides) pepperoni cheesy bread. The past 4 orders here in two months have been throw in the trash with no concern from management when contacting the store.
