  I’m extremely disappointed with the experience we had at the Dunkin’ drive-thru on Mineral Spring Ave in Pawtucket. We placed and fully paid for a large order ahead of time for a funeral—an already difficult and emotional situation—and were met with shocking rudeness and complete lack of professionalism. When we arrived, the drive-thru attendant immediately became hostile, raising her voice and insisting she couldn’t find our order. Instead of trying to resolve the issue calmly or offering any assistance, she repeatedly told us the order didn’t exist, as if that somehow made it our fault. We had confirmation and had already paid in full—so how is that on us? It only got worse from there. When we reasonably asked about a refund, we were dismissively told to “handle it on the app,” and then the window was slammed shut in our faces. No apology, no attempt to help, no accountability—just pure disrespect. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had, especially given the circumstances. There needs to be a serious overhaul in both management and staff training at this location. If someone is that unhappy in their job, they shouldn’t be taking it out on customers—especially not during sensitive situations like this.

  What else can I say that hasn't already been said? The employees are rude and obnoxious. They don't even take the right orders and when they do they take forever.

  I walk to this shop everyday. Twice this week the front store was closed. They also have closed the front in the past while I was sitting in there. They should just close the front since there main concern is drive through.
