My wife and I ordered and waited about 15 minutes for our food to be ready. My son placed his order before us and waited 30 minutes for his food to be ready. We were done eating and he still hadn't got his food. He went up to complain and they told him that his order got bumped to the end of the line. This is definitely not a fast food restaurant!!!
