- AHAutumn HansonNov 2, 20251.0If I could leave no stars I would. Do not order from here. Not only have they (Jay) screwed up almost every order we’ve had they (Jay) have terrible customer service. When called and asked to make it right Jay told me it was “not a big deal”. Her words not mine. Then she proceeded to hang up on us when we got upset. Just in case anyone is wondering her name is Jay!

Said my order was ready for pick up but when I arrived, they said they needed to remake it due to putting it in foil rather than a bread bowl. Ok fine, no big deal. I waited then brought the two bread bowls I ordered home. When I open them, they are both completely wrong. I decided to go back to the store and explained the situation. The manager, without a brief apology or any acknowledgment of the situation, starts going about his business. I get his attention to ask for a refund to which he replied they only give out store credit. Funny of him to assume I would want to go back to that establishment, especially as the so called ‘manager’ had been coughing around the food he was preparing without covering his mouth. I understand it’s a fast food chain, but c’mon do better. And no refunds on cards?? Why is that??

- DMDennis MaloneyOct 13, 20252.0Placed an order Sunday the 12th and was told it would be ready @ noon. When I arrived I was told it would be a few minutes longer. A half hour later I was still waiting. When I asked how my order was doing along with 3 other customers I was told it wasn’t started yet and it would be 20-30 minutes at least. Totally unacceptable, worst Dominos experience ever. It will be sometime before placing an order there again. Very poor management there.
