  Absolutely ridiculous the amount of time you have to wait to get food. If you order takeout and there is a time given to pick up food, it is unacceptable to make the customer wait 40 minutes past that time. I like the wings, but it s 100% not worth it. Don’t waste your time. To the manager, just stop taking togo orders if you don’t have the staff to deal with them. The restaurant was not even 1/4 full.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel like people should know. We placed an order and were told a reasonable wait time, but after sitting there for over an hour with zero updates, it became clear something was seriously off. No one checked in, no apology, nothing—just being completely ignored, other customers even came in got sat and then got up and left because they didn’t get greeted in over 15 minutes just for drinks. After waiting that long with no communication, we finally had to cancel the order and leave. It was beyond frustrating to waste that much time and still walk out with no food. Customer service was nonexistent, and the lack of organization was obvious. I understand places get busy, but the restaurant was dead and barely anyone inside, but at the very least, there should be some level of communication or effort to make things right. This was just a complete letdown from start to finish. Definitely won’t be coming back.

  Worst location of them all! Horrible service every single time. Wait staff and bartenders can't be bothered to even greet customers. Had the bartender throw menus at us when we asked after over 5 minutes of sitting at the bar without being greeted and then proceed to disappear for over 15 minutes. Staff standing around gossiping and chatting on cell phones ignoring customers. Food is either cold or overcooked and burnt if you are even able to finally order . Close to home so we wanted to like it but after 3 failed attempts we won't be back

  This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Every time I go it gets worse and worse. Wings taste as if they’ve been sitting for an hour plus. Fries are the same thing. I ordered and picked up in 20 mins it still tasted as if it was sitting for an hour. Location seriously should get shut down it. Quality gets worse and worse daily. They will never get my money again.
