Despite this, I arrived for pickup in less than 10 minutes and waited outside. This incident reminded me of a similar experience I had the last time. When I informed the staff, the woman responded that the system doesn’t always function correctly. Well, let me tell you, it’s more like the staff doesn’t function correctly! Ty for the cold pizza, though.
