- JJJimNov 17, 20255.0I was in the area of your stop and shop today and I stop there. I usually go to the Manton ave location. I was so pleased to be ask by three different employees if I needed help. Very courteous and attentive staff. So unlike the Manton staff which have to be forced to do their job. (Especially the heavyset guy ((nothing wrong with that))who can barely fit into the butchers white jacket that stocks the hotdog/steak/hamburger section! He is the most rude, unhappy, and clearly hates people and his job.) Your store rekindled what I missed for many years which is cleanliness, politeness, and an overwhelming feeling of being a valued customer! Ty to all who works for this stop and shop. GOOD JOB!!!

I waited I’m in no hurry. Still playing with his phone, didn’t look up still scrolling though his phone, didn’t look up. I finally asked if somebody was taking care of the bakery section so when I asked him about the cake for Tuesday, he told me that they can’t make the cake because there wouldn’t be a cake tech working that day. ZERO customer service.

I have utilized all services from in person, pick up, delivery and usually have no issues. It's very infrequent that I've encountered an error with my orders or dealt with someone who isn't professional. Employees are really helpful when you need it and the store is clean and well stocked.

I did and online order i failed to show to pick up my order they marked as complete i tried calling Them in the morning i was told they have to put everything back because i didn’t showed up that i needed to contact the 1800 number cool no problem. Once i called customer service i was informed it was marked as picked up… she said she was going to refund me the money but i guess that didn’t happen and now nobody knows what happened lol. GREAT
