Every day for the last 5 years ive ordered off my app for pick up and every single time my order was wrong. I return at least once a week to have my order corrected. THIS is directed to first shift ONLYYYY!!! Today while i ordered at the window i had to repeat myself for 3 mins to the point where the car in front of me and behind me were laughing with me. At the speaker, i said, “ay fongoul”… which in italian can mean many different things not just a “curse”. When i got to the window a girl from the back making the coffees and her friend with the funky glasses told me not to come back and to watch my language 😅. This Dunkin needs new management severely. Now lets go back two days, attached is a picture of how i got my coffee…. When i returned to have it fixed i was told by a worker that i need to call corporate to help them out because its such a mess…. This whole thing blew my mind. They had one competent person on shift.

They have a habit of not putting orders in the system, and instead try to make them by memory, which leads to them messing up my order almost every single time. The last 3 times I’ve visited I’ve taken maybe 3 laps around the drive thru to fix what they’ve done wrong. 2 years ago this wasn’t an issue.
- DDDulceAug 24, 20251.0This used to be my favorite Dunkin. I even had it as my favorite in the Dunkin app. For sometime now, the drive thru service is horrible. Today it took me 21 minutes to get to the intercom, had I not already ordered via the app, I would’ve left. Management for this establishment should really try going ordering via the drive thru to understand what customers are going through. Please do better.
