The lady at the speaker claimed she couldn’t hear me on three different occasions, so I pulled up to the window. She insisted that I pull back around due to the timer. I said okay and complied. When I came back around she was shouting to the other girl in the store with her, to handle us (despite her being completely rude I stayed calm). I received my matcha and cappuccino cold (I don’t know how) and half way full. I have been to this location before MULTIPLE times. She was all around rude and ignorant, once again at 4:20 in the morning. Will not be coming back in the mornings here anymore.
