  We just moved here about 2 weeks ago and its so hard to find a good dunkin anywhere, but we havent been to any other Dunkin in town. The atmosphere is amazing the employees all are very kind and enjoy what they do and I've not once had a bad coffee or a decent coffee. We've been here every day for 2 weeks to get our morning coffee and each time its a 10/10.

  This location need some type of sign that only one way should be for the drive thru, because cars are coming from Filmore St are getting ahead and the people that have been waiting on the right side from the inside of the parking lot just there waiting. This should get fix, how there is 2 ways to enter the drive thru??

  I love this store and the workers are awesome especially the morning crew but I just wanted to bring this situational awareness. At approximately Monday March 16th, at 4:00 PM in the drive-thru on Smith Street, I received a hot coffee with a lid that was not properly secured. As a result, the coffee spilled onto my hands, causing redness and a burning, stinging sensation. The young employee who assisted me was very polite and mentioned that the store’s lids are not very good, which she said may have caused the issue. While I appreciate her kindness, extra care should always be taken when handing hot beverages to customers to ensure the lid is properly secured and prevent spills or potential burns.
