- RPRobert PalnikAug 20, 20231.0Placed an online order, two sandwiches were fine, the third was supposed to be a 6"club sandwich with light Mayo, got a 12" ham and cheese drenched in Mayo. Ordered 3 chips, got none. Complete lack of quality control, the manager should be embarrassed
- KKKatelyn KellyNov 9, 20212.0I ordered online thinking this will be more convenient. I was very wrong. My order was supposed to be ready walked in all the employees were in the back (there were 3). So anyways they finally come out and guess what they never made it. So ordering ahead was such a waste of time. Their toasters were broken and even though it's not a big deal the employees couldn't problem solve and use a microwave to warm up meat. When they were finally don't a rude kid just put it on the counter and walked away. Lastly, what is the point of picking drinks and chips online when they are out of stock and I have to get them anyways. Just an overall annoying experience.
