- JMJeremy MDec 25, 20251.0Visited this store, had a terrible experience with a very rude cashier. We had a full cart and started unloading, cashier threw the "12 items or less light" on and told us that we were in the wrong lane, but there were NO lanes allowing more than 12 items now. After apologizing thinking we made a mistake, the cashier said she would still help but but to apologize to the people behind us. I looked all around soon thereafter, two lanes were open, both 12 items or less and the self checkout. I asked why there wasn't a lane for larger carts and was told "I don't know what to tell you". They were rude during the entire exchange. My wife noted she notice the cashier throw the light on after the noticed our larger cart. Don't shop here, not worth dealing with the rude employees.

They also frequently leave expired food on the shelves so you have to spend a lot of time sorting through food before picking something out. We’ve easily thrown away hundreds of dollars within the last few months because food is rotten or moldy within the expiration date. I won’t shop here anymore.

- JDJon DuroAug 10, 20251.0They are screwing customers by marking produce prices wrong all the time on ticket vs. what it rings at register. Not an isolated incident. See the third picture; this has been going on for years. Has happen to me on numerous occassions at this particular store. Gave me refund after complaining but wouldn't fix price in computer for other customers. They have been doing this with many items. BE very careful shopping there..check the prices esp PRODUCE section. The manager Matt White has poor customer service skills and should be fired for not doing his job. Lied said they won't fix price ($3 higher per package; see pictures) because shelf was empty: it wasn't. Then said would change it in morning another lie. Should be ashamed of himself for not correcting price. Im writing an email to local newspaper with proof and documenting these store scams. Pays employees min wage while overcharging customers on produce. Never again shopping here. DAVES IS BETTER.
