- KCKerry CochranSep 5, 20251.0I came to the drive-thru here on my way somewhere. I had gotten a coffee up the road that was terrible. There was no one else in line. I asked if they were able to remake a coffee if it was from another location. She just said "how was it made" with a very annoyed tone. I get to the window and another girl hands me the coffee looking as miserable as you can get and doesn't say one word to me. Doesn't ask me if I needed a straw (which was fine, I used my other one). It would've been nice for her to at least ask, but clearly she couldn't care less. I said thank you and that I really appreciated them doing it. I received no response as she just walked away. What a pleasant experience! These girls need to grow up and learn some manners.
