  This is the second time I’ve ordered hot chocolate from the this location and it has been TERRIBLE both times. I will never be back. It was severely watered down.

  I came to the drive-thru here on my way somewhere. I had gotten a coffee up the road that was terrible. There was no one else in line. I asked if they were able to remake a coffee if it was from another location. She just said "how was it made" with a very annoyed tone. I get to the window and another girl hands me the coffee looking as miserable as you can get and doesn't say one word to me. Doesn't ask me if I needed a straw (which was fine, I used my other one). It would've been nice for her to at least ask, but clearly she couldn't care less. I said thank you and that I really appreciated them doing it. I received no response as she just walked away. What a pleasant experience! These girls need to grow up and learn some manners.

  I ordered two bagels with cream cheese on them and toasted, a hash brown, and a soda. Instead they gave me two toasted bagels with no cream cheese on the bagels or on the side and they forgot the hash browns. If I wanted toasted I would have just made it myself. I get that it is early in the morning but you guys need to get your stuff together and make sure the order is accurate.
