The kid making the sandwich throwing bags of food to the drive thru dropping it on the ground and still serving to customers, the store was messy staff running around but not a whole lot of work being done. Absolute chaos, the manager in charge of this store needs to sit down and review the night camera. I’ve never in the history of Dunkin had such an issue, no apologies just food tossed over at us and told have a good night: mind you they didn’t even know we had ordered food they didn’t know where it went. Had to “ remake “ it. Ridiculous.
