  Drive thru was not moving so we opted to go inside. Took almost 20 minutes to receive our order.

  i had a horrible experience the manager jon was extremely rude and disrespectful! hes very disrespectful to staff AND customers i will NOT be returning to this location. why dont they find a manger with some human decency.

  Usually a regular at this Dunkin but tonight never again, the staff are young and incapable, as someone who is a restaurant manager I’ve never seen a staff run so terribly. 2 coffee ONE wake-up wrap, 15 minutes on JUST THE SANDWICH inside the restaurant at 445 pm. The kid making the sandwich throwing bags of food to the drive thru dropping it on the ground and still serving to customers, the store was messy staff running around but not a whole lot of work being done. Absolute chaos, the manager in charge of this store needs to sit down and review the night camera. I’ve never in the history of Dunkin had such an issue, no apologies just food tossed over at us and told have a good night: mind you they didn’t even know we had ordered food they didn’t know where it went. Had to “ remake “ it. Ridiculous.
