  I spent 20+ minutes behind another guest with a line out the door waiting for the staff to complete online orders. They prioritize the online orders before the people standing right in front of them. I left without even making it to the counter to order because if i stayed i would have been late to work. This is unacceptable. There was a ridiculous amount of orders on the pick up rack and not one in store order taken the whole time I waited.

  This Dunkin’ is absolutely amazing—probably one of the best I’ve ever been to! I was in Newport, RI this weekend and stopped in four times (Saturday, Sunday, and twice on Monday before driving home). Every visit was outstanding. The staff is off the charts with their service—fast, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Despite being a small store with a high volume of customers, they processed orders quickly and flawlessly. Each cup of coffee was perfect, and I didn’t see a single mistake. Most of all, the store manager deserves special recognition. She clearly runs a tight ship, leading by example with her focus on customer service and attention to detail. This store is a model of excellence, and the team deserves to be commended. They were truly amazing!
