You MUST meet her outside to grab your order, they treat it like they are delivering gold bars and you have to sign for it. Driver said the front door was locked so she couldn’t deliver it…never in my life has a delivery driver walked into my house to successfully deliver, was I supposed to meet her in my kitchen? Bizarre experience and she was rude above all else when I called to figure out where my order went. Annabelle also marked the order as delivered, and I had to call the store to find out why and get the refund processed. The manager, Christian, was helpful, but even he was asking the driver why she would come back to the store with an order when the order is specifically marked “leave at door”
