I don’t recommend this Dunkin Donuts location to anyone unless you truly don’t care about any of it. My last (starting this moment) time getting ANYTHING here, I got a large iced matcha and I couldn’t even get that. Shake my head.

They prioritize the online orders before the people standing right in front of them. I left without even making it to the counter to order because if i stayed i would have been late to work. This is unacceptable. There was a ridiculous amount of orders on the pick up rack and not one in store order taken the whole time I waited.
