  I arrived at this Dunkin' this morning, and it was by far one of the WORST experiences I have had at one of these establishments. First off, the assistant manager, is one of the rudest I have ever met. This coffee? Sour and disgusting. The workers? Don't even get me started. Plain disrespectful and especially that bald looking kid with massive muscles. He was smokin'. Other than that the service was by far the worst, I nearly crashed into the building out of frustration. It's okay though since the dunkin up the street will actually get your order right. Also when you go inside there is an odd smell of gasoline, might be normal though since the rest of the store seems to be filthy. Floors look like they haven't been cleaned in two years, probably built up mold from the bad attitude of the workers. If you know what I mean. The manager might want to start treating them right, since almost every time i've gone through the kids sound absolutely depressed, or on the verge of tears, and I dont think thats just from the customers. Except for that handsome boy with big muscles, that boy can really talk you into buying some things.

  I go here about twice a week to “treat” a young boy I work with after I pick him up from school. We get two iced coffees, and hardly ever is it an enjoyable coffee for myself. Today I stopped through the drive thru and asked for 2 iced decaf regular. I get them and drive off only to realize after my first sip that the coffee is SOUR. I’m in my 30s and have never had a sour cup of coffee, nor have I ever turned back to ask for coffee to be remade. But today I did. I brought them both inside and politely told the young girl working the coffees were sour and I’m not sure why. She doesn’t look at me but grabs the coffee and says “well we just changed the milk”. I said “so that could make sense then”, and she replied “nope!”. She remakes my coffees, I say “thank you so much” and I get no reply. I grab straws and sip my coffee before I leave and it’s as sour as the first one. I immediately go back to the counter and I say “I’m sorry, it’s still sour” she tells me “it’s because it’s decaf”. I said “I’ll leave this untouched one here for you to try, please let me know if you think this taste normal. Do you drink coffee?” A young guy comes over and he grabs it and sips it in the back and I hear him say something about it and she says again “it’s because it’s decaf.” I said “I’ve never had a sour coffee before, could you make me a regular one instead? It just shouldn’t be sour”. Now the young guy is saying it’s sour because of the SUGAR that’s in it. As he’s saying that and I continue to say “coffee shouldn’t be sour” this young girl is shrugging her shoulders and smirking at me as if to say “idgaf”. They make my regular iced coffees, I leave, still sour. Will never be back
