    One would think that because it's "fast food" and I placed my order online, picking up the product would be easy, especially if you're short on time, just like at any other fast-food restaurant. It had been a long time since I last ordered from them due to the terrible service, the problems with the products in my order, and the huge delays. Months later, I decided to order again, placing my order 15 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru, only to find that some items were missing from my order. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix the problem, and I wasn't the only one; there were two other customers with similar issues! I will never go there again and I would not recommend it at all if you want to eat quickly.

    Inconsistent food quality, extremely slow service, I ordered food and the wait time was so bad that an hour later my Uber delivery person just canceled it out right, the order was a large soda and some fries, and I still didnt get it because of how long wait time is.

    Guy at the drive thru didn't even say anything to me, just handed me the food (online order). I should have checked the order before I left - it was not correct. Oh well. That's fast food for ya.
