  The staff are terrible at customer service, the manager always has a sour face towards the customers, they should hire people who actually enjoy their work

  On 2/17/26, lunch time 11:45, I had a 6 pcs nuggets. It gave me food poisoning, please look into your health and sanitation to prevent this from happening again. Been a long term customer visiting this location on avg 2-3 times a week for the past 6 years, never had a problem like this before.

  This location is usually much better than the other one a mile down the road but this is the second time now they have closed early while my order has still been accepted and “in the process of being made” despite no one but construction in the building so I can’t get a refund for the order I will never be receiving.

  My girlfriend and I came to order hot chocolate for kids selling Girl Scout cookies across the street and we were called “mad disrespectful” for ordering 7 hot chocolates

  I was a guest eating in the dining room while the female Manager (not sure if a MOD or key holder) was yelling at an employee w a disability. I was so embarrassed for the employee. This Manager is loud and ignorant. You can take someone aside and talk to them in private when customers are in the dining room, not yell at them all because she said she was going to take her break. She was yelling at her saying are you asking or telling me cause no one tells me what they are going to do here. Her attitude was disgusting!
