The app itself doesn’t seem to be a problem, but once you pay for your order, finding it again is a challenge. The problem started when I approached the drive through order spot. It took a minute before the young man greeted me, but he was friendly enough, seemed as if he had my order and asked me to drive up- when I got there, he never acknowledged me whatsoever, proceeded to start throwing coffee lids around like frisbees and then went to the grill area. The line behind me continued to grow- finally another person came to the window and handed me half of my order. When I asked for the rest, she had no clue what it was, and stated that there was no receipt or order. The donuts look ok…but don’t they even use a napkin or something to place them in the bag??? I will NEVER be back to this Dunkin’ Donuts ☹️

After returning to the store shortly after I informed the person at the counter that the coffee tasted like water. Soon after leaving the store with 2 new coffees, I tried my coffee and it still tasted like water and my wife stated her coffee had a slight taste of soap to it. Although we are Dunkin fans, we ended up at the Starbucks down the street. Disappointing.
