  Do not ever attempt to order a family meal from here. I waited for 45 minutes, until I asked for the third time what the hold up was. They said they had to make more food first, and couldn't provide an estimate of how long that would take. Am I supposed to wait 2 hours? I asked for a refund and they couldn't even figure how to do it. They said "just leave" and the order would be cancelled. Not true. The app stated that the order was picked up. I had to call customer service for a refund. The manager refused to even come out of the back to help me when I asked. They were lots of people waiting for their orders. They were also out of pico de gallo and some me other things. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in 50 years. Staff is completely incompetent, and that's an understatement.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this Chipotle location. From what I observed, there were about six employees working: two doing prep in the back, one employee sweeping the entire time, two working the serving line, and one employee handling online orders. The problem was that the line was literally out the door, and the team was clearly overwhelmed. The employee working online orders was already about eight orders behind and visibly needed help. At the same time, the two employees on the main line were struggling to keep up with the in-store customers. What was most disappointing was that the supervisor appeared aware of how backed up everything was, yet instead of stepping in to help on the line, he was wearing AirPods and walking around refilling cups and plates while customers continued to wait. This location seriously needs to get its priorities straight. During a rush, customer flow and order fulfillment should come first. The staff looked inexperienced, the pace was extremely slow, and management did not seem to be leading effectively.

  They are always out of something and do not get online orders right. Not worth spending the money to only get half of what you wanted.

  2 huge scoops of white rice when i asked for cilantro rice and when i repeated that i wanted cilantro rice instead of redoing the bowl I received a third scoop of rice (cilantro). SMALL scoop of chicken. SMALL scoop of beans. Ripoff.

  We frequently eat at this location. On this occasion, every table in the restaurant was dirty, the area where the plastic forks were had no stock, the garbage was overflowing, and the burrito bowl which I order every time was terrible. The chicken, the girl put in my bowl, was the scraping of the tiny pieces of chicken. They were burnt and ruined my bowl. We will be think twice about going to this location again.
