I checked in with the staff multiple times and enabled location services so my order would be ready. Waited OVER AN HOUR - with my young toddler. It was clear the staff was overwhelmed with orders but there was no system, management or organization to ensure that the people waiting were served before new orders were placed. Several other families waited with young children for long periods of time. Trash was piled up by the door overflowing from barrels. Staff members could be heard complaining “ no one would be getting breaks tonight” and seen shuffling thru tickets seemingly at random. Don’t run specials if you can’t accommodate the volume it brings in. Won’t be back…
- JLJason LeeMar 11, 20261.0Ordered online at 4PM for pick up at 5PM. Showed up at 4:49PM but didn't receive my order until 5:27PM. The staff was smug and disrespectful to all the customers. I manage a customer service oriented company and would be embarrassed if was a manager at this location.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
