  The food just really isn't worth the money, go to a restaurant where they actually cook and don't just reheat it will cost about the same.

  I ordered a ceaser salad in my to-go order, the dressing appeared to be included as a formality rather than a component, the little container I was given was filled about 1/4th with dressing and its smaller than my pinkie finger, at that point just keep the dressing don’t tease me.

  Cashier was deaf and got my name completely wrong. Also I don’t know what’s happening in the cooks personal life but she has to right to take it out on my food by throwing it on the counter most disrespectful employees I’ve ever had the misery of dealing with

  I order from Panera regularly and I have never experienced what I did today. It is 12/6/25 and I order to pick up at 2:20pm. I ordered the pick 2. A 1/2 garden caprese melt and a 1/2 ranch parm BLT salad and it was completely inedible. First off the salad was put in the bag upside down and open and the sandwich was so saturated in sauce that I couldn't even pick it up. I was extremely disappointed. Not sure what is going on but this is the first time I have ever gotten food that I couldn't eat from Panera and I probably won't be coming back to the Lincoln location. Smh
