- CCChristopher CleggApr 16, 20262.0This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great, but other times it’s honestly awful. Today was one of the bad days. My bowl (chicken, rice, and queso) was completely cold, not even lukewarm. The chicken also had a strange texture and barely any flavor. One consistent issue is the cleanliness. The restaurant always looks messy, and the staff really needs to do a better job keeping it clean. It often feels unkempt and uninviting. On top of that, the parking lot feels chaotic and unsafe, which just adds to the overall negative experience.

- SWShay WalkerMar 17, 20262.0I'm not sure what's happening but usually I would happily go to Chipotle for a quick bite. However, my last visit was a bit tense. I felt insulted and burdensome. Just for trying to grab my kids food to eat. The staff members were passive aggressive and made snark remarks to my inquiry. For example, I ordered a few kids meals. One of the sides I ordered was rice. The portion was so miniscule. I had to ask "is that it for the rice." Her response was, "well it is a kids meal." When did ordering a kids meal, turn into less value for my money. There was so much more space. She could've easily put twice the amount she placed in the container. The other issue I had was when the cashier gave me my total. It was a bit higher than expected. I asked what the extra cost was. She told me it was for the "queso." I think they should tell the customer that they're about to incur a higher billl. Due to the added cost for certain items. When I asked for the cheese to be removed. I was met with annoyed glares and what I felt to be hostility. I enjoy Chipotle and will continue to patronize their business. As long as I'm treated as a valued customer that is.
