It appears that most employees are students, and while I understand that high traffic and low staffing can create stress, there's no excuse for such condescending behavior. The lack of effective leadership and teamwork is evident, and it negatively impacts both service quality and employee morale. Having served in the military for seven years, I've experienced both good and bad leadership, which informs my perspective on this issue. I hope that management will take these observations seriously, as improving the work environment is crucial for enhancing both employee morale and overall service performance.
