All the spots to wait for food were full so I parked in front of the door so I could see the employee come out with the food. I sat there for 20 minutes. Unbelievable. I went inside and asked for a refund. The manager didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. He walked up to another employee and told her to give me a refund and didn’t even address me. Totally unprofessional. Too many employees standing around doing nothing and getting paid. It’s ridiculous for anyone to wait 20 minutes for chicken nuggets and French fries. Won’t be going to this McDonald’s again.
