- SRSasha RiveraFeb 16, 20261.0Place was absolutely disgusting and filthy. The food was very cold and not worth the price, and don’t even get me started on the watery smoothies and wait times. These people need to shut down completely. The manager Sandra in this establishment needs to be replaced with someone more qualified expeditiously. Ridiculous, just leave the Wingstop in the plaza and close this place down. A shame, one of the worst Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s I have ever been to!
