- MMMJul 18, 20253.0The smoothies are fine, but they need to do better training at this location. I came in to redeem a promotional card I received when they first opened two months ago. The young man who served me was air-headed - asking who signed this and was it valid? Why would I know that? After staring at the card for a few minutes and asking me if I work at Tropicana Smoothie he went and got his manager who quickly handled the issue. He then tried to tell her “I know how to redeem it, I’m just was wondering if its valid.” How ignorant and stupid. She seemed tired and over it and didn’t even respond to his comments. I have made a few purchases here since opening day without any type of promo and it’s not the first time I’ve had to deal with someone completely out of it. If I order from here again it will be through the app. There is a young lady there who is polite and smart but she almost always working in the kitchen, unfortunately.
