    ⭐ 2 out of 5 stars I went to Dunkin’ and ordered a hot macchiato, but it was served completely cold. I returned it, and the employee brought back the same drink saying it had been steamed, but it was still cold. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I keep going back for convenience, but if they can’t make a specific coffee the right way, why offer it at all?

    I get a frozen coffee everyday.. simple right not for this Dunkin! I get the most disguisting bitter tasting coffee that starts seperatong and turning brown within minutes! I’m paying close to 8 bucks for shit! How can they not get this right if it’s their one job?! This dunkin is horrible! No consistency ever!
