  This is one of the worst Dunkins In my opinion. The people who have been there the longest are rude, honestly the new workers are more welcoming. The machines are often broken. Also, many times the order is not correct, and I have to go back. Only because this one is the closet to work I stop to get a coffee. But the owner of this shop really needs to make some changes.

  My friend has a capsaicin allergy and they mixed up my Chipotle with her non Chipotle hash browns and she had an allergic reaction in the car. Also we asked for light on the ice and they literally filled out cups to the top with ice. I have sensitive teeth so thanks guys. For both bad mistakes.

  Workers made one of my coffees wrong twice. I was also charged for a large and given a medium both times. When I went in to fix the coffee for a third time the worker told me I would have to pay more for a large and refused to fix it until I did. For my other coffee, I ordered almond milk and they gave me regular milk and I am lactose intolerant. I drank it not knowing it was regular milk and became sick. Avoid this Dunkin at all costs.

  I came here a few different times and each time it was the same thing. The first time was in January I was in drive thru and this blond worker with a thick accent started berating and yelling at the girl in the window. She was just handing me my order and I watched this poor girl go from this bubbly happy worker to quiet and accepting. How does management let alone the owner allow this?! I can tell this girl has had it happen multiple times because of how accepting she was with it. I feel bad for the girl with glasses and that blonde girl working with her that night needs to be fired. Another incident was more recently. I ordered food and again it was hostile. My food was cold and my hash browns were so hard I could shatter a window with it! Never coming back again.

  Horrible service by the manager on February 8 2026, 11am. Manager was preparing my food order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no egg (receipt on the bag stated this). She handed me my order and the sandwich had an egg. I politely informed her of the incorrect sandwich. She looked at me with disgust, didn’t say a word, grabbed the bag out of my hand and dumped the contents of the bag completely out on the table. All the food falling out of the wrappers. Took the egg off the sandwich whipped it in the trash and shoved the rest of the food back in the bag. Then threw the bag back at me. She then stormed off to the back. I told the other employees that grabbing from a customer then throwing orders back at them was rude and unacceptable. No one said a word except for one employee who informed me she was the manager and they were busy. Not acceptable to be treated this way by an employee, especially when they prepared the order incorrectly. Totally unacceptable and rude service.
