  I never ever ever write reviews but after my last few experiences coming here, I seriously need to. Every time I have come here, I have been treated beyond poorly, specifically in the drive through. I, as a barista myself at another job, try my best to be understanding but it just isn’t working anymore no matter how kind I try to communicate with them. To start off, I have gotten greeted with disgusting attitude numerous times, sometimes to the point where they even UPCHARGE me for a latte or small hot coffee with no flavors!!!! Almost $5?? I also would like to add that one of the times I got overcharged for an iced latte, I kindly asked to speak to the manager and when I expressed how my past few visits were, I get a response like “Well none of my workers are like that and I know for a fact they would never upcharge you so what do you want me to do about that” And also because why when I ask a simple question such as “Good morning , what kind of donuts are available today?” and I get a nasty answer like “The ones we have obviously” I’m sorry, what???? There is only one polite barista/worker who has treated me so kindly and I need to get his name because he is truly an angel lol! But other than that, this location genuinely is awful and I do not recommend coming here unless you want to be greeted/treated like you are a nobody. If I could give 0 stars I would!!

  Frozen coffee machine is always down. I don’t understand how all the other Dunkin’ Donuts have frozen coffee, but this one.

  I love this dunkin and how they remodeled it i love going inside and watching them make my food they are great
