  As prices go up customer service seems to come down. You can't order a meal with just drum sticks? Seems pretty lazy to me.

  🚩🚩🚩**** DO NOT !!!!! EAT HERE *******🚩🚩🚩 I have time today because I’m fed up. -5 stars not even 1. EVERY SINGLE TIME without a miss they mess up my order or it is incomplete. I ordered $45 worth of food I checked the bag infront of them and STATED I’m missing A CHALUPA !!!! THE MANAGER who’s an elderly woman, blonde/white hair, medium weight was super rude, she needs to retire respectfully and the young girl with brown hair very skinny looks like a teen ! Needs to quit and find a job she’s not miserable in. After circling back because THEY brushed me off stating everything is in the bag and closed the drive-through window, the young girl fixed her lips but it wasn’t me that … SHHHHHH YES IT WAS HER AND THE MANAGER NEVER do things correctly, just triggering for real for a CHALUPA ??????? I UNDERSTAND NOW why people go crazy is 9:54pm late Im trying to get home knowing it’s a long drive just give me my FOOD ! Already this whole interaction lasted 10 minutes !!!! and I went over my ORDER AGAIN, NO ONE SAID ANYTHING THEY ALLL WENT QUIET. EVERYONE in that workplace just miserable, no smile. No “how are you” NO NOTHING. NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE is forcing these people to work here. So careless (my food was thrown in the bag). No professionalism. No respect. I honestly hope they close this location, I would NEVER recommend this place even IF THE WORLD IS ENDING. I promise you, I have given them so many chances but today was my last straw. Wanna know how they resolved my issue ? DID NOT APOLOGIZED AT ALL !!!!!!!!!! Everyone went to the back where I couldn’t see them I MEAN EVERYONE, NOT A WORKER ON SITE and then the young girl with a big smile says here you go ! The CHALUPA was rolled up …..PLEASEEEEEEEE do you think it is safe to eat that ? Not knowing why they ALL WENT TO THE BACK BEFORE SHE approached the drive-through window… I really wanted to ask where did everyone go all of a sudden ? I couldn’t see them, EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS. I already emailed corporate. Have a great day if you took the time to read this review all the negative reviews of this place is the truth and is shocking how they are still in business.

  Imagine charging 24$ for a 12 pack of tacos to get home and every single taco has a dusty stale falling apart tortilla? How this place is even still in business? All I know is never again.
