Not very polite either. Idk what happened to this place, I used to love it here - i'll go to the other location from now on.

I explained this to the kid that answered the phone who refused to be of any help and told me to do it in the app. There is no option in the app. He was rude with horrible customer service skills. Jersy Mike's have remade orders for me when I got held up and couldn't pick up my order for 2 hours - and I didn't even ask, they offered to do it. This Subway location sucks. A few days ago I placed a mobile order and they told me that I didn't. Turns out someone threw my ticket out and my food was never made. Who runs this place?
