I've gone multiple times and have had occasions when they are out of greens or a sauce. The times I've gone, and this has occurred, are typically around 8-9 pm. If this is something that normally occurs at other Cava's, then I'll assume it's a supplier issue rather than an ordering issue. Just frustrating that it has occurred more than twice now.

Despite it being a chicken and rice bowl, they forgot the rice entirely. I requested spinach instead of arugula, but the bowl was full of arugula with no spinach at all. I also asked for broccoli to be added, but there was none. The most frustrating part is that rice is an extra-cost item on these bowls, and they didn’t include it. I ended up cooking my own rice at home because I’m super pregnant and can't just easily get back in the car to fix the issue - there was a reason why we did pickup. On top of that, the cinnamon pita chips didn’t come with the honey dip. I filed a complaint with corporate, and they said reward points for a free bowl would be added to my app—but that never happened. When I followed up to let them know the reward didn’t show up, they never responded. I rather get Chipotle or Sweet Green for rice bowls for the future.
