However, I called one day to ask if they have Apple Pay because I had left my wallet with my cards at a friends place and wanted to get groceries before a big snowstorm. The first person I talked to wasn’t sure and got someone else for assistance. No problem. When the second person came on the phone they immediately met with a bad attitude and said “Who is this?”. No “Good morning” or “How can I help you” or anything of that nature. I asked them if their coworker informed them of my question and they said “Were they at the register?”. If i’m calling via phone, how am I supposed to know the location of where an employee if picking up when I didn’t call a specific department because of a general question. I had politely asked to speak with someone else with a kinder demeanor since they were both unhelpful and rude. I could hear the employee complaining about me in the background instead of finding someone to help me. I wasn’t even in store and had a terrible experience just because I wanted to make sure they took Apple Pay since I did not have my physical card. It’s disheartening to see how rudely I was greatly for a simple question especially considering that I always give this store my business but will not any longer.
