- TMThe Writer MzAdaiNov 9, 20251.0I usually enjoy shopping at this location, but there’s a recurring issue with one of the managers that needs attention(Light Brown complexion, 5'6" 300lbs, dark 3C curly hair) On more than one occasion, this individual has behaved in a passive-aggressive and unprofessional way toward me and my daughter. During our most recent visit(11/9/2025@1:30) he stood in the middle of an aisle talking with others and made no effort to move or make space, even after I politely said “excuse me.” It wasn’t until I repeated myself—loudly but respectfully—that he stepped aside, at which point the group went silent and exchanged looks. It created an unnecessarily uncomfortable atmosphere and made me feel singled out. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this kind of treatment from him. He did something similar, when I passed him one morning (10/30/2025) and it gives the impression that certain customers are being targeted or mocked rather than respected. I hope corporate reviews this manager’s conduct and reinforces proper customer service standards so that everyone feels welcome in the store.

Made me wait 15 minutes for some bs excuse that they cant cash the check because they didnt have money in the drawer. Save ur time and dont shop here. Btw they had 1 register open and the line was backed up so bad. You can shop here but be prepared to waste your time and money. Better off going to walmart
