- TTTimetravelingkevinMar 27, 20261.0I've really tried with this dunkin but staff is very rude. The coffee is very watered-down. I'm not sure who is teaching the staff but every variation of coffie I order is wrong just always wrong!!! Food is good
- MMmadisonMar 27, 20261.0Entire staff laughed and humiliated my boyfriend for asking for more flavoring for his coffee. Have tried several times to come back to this dunkin, but with the inconsistent coffee, and the crew of immature employees I cannot come back. Management seriously needs to correct their employees. I’m glad other reviews made me feel like I am not alone. All staff needs to have customer service training.
