  Put a model order in 10 minutes before we got there, and still waited 20 minutes inside for her to finish the order and the whole order was still messed up, she gave us our sandwiches and we had to remind her of the donut, it seems she looked at the order once and didn't even fully read it, and just did whatever she wanted, another worker was just standing on a phone call while the 3rd had disappeared, while there were people waiting in the drive through. We very rarely go to this dunkin and will go out of our way to avoid it, after so many bad experiences we've deemed it "the bad dunkin"

  Couple of girls was funny had a great attitude but the coffee was a little burnt but it was drinkable

  I came hear today and ordered a medium hot macchiato with a triple espresso shot extra and I got home to make it myself the espresso taste like coffee I've called five times in one day and the phone ring three times and then hangs up now I got to drive back over there again to see if I can get a refund because my coffee tastes like crap

  Since a new owner took over I can't get a cup of coffee my way. I throw out more than I drink. Should have kept old help.
