  I went to the drive through earlier and I had a mobile order and another order I had to pay cash for. The manager there told me they could not do that in the most snarky accent. They do this at any other location you could think of not even just Wendy’s. There were zero cars behind, I grabbed the chicken wrapped after spinning around again and leave feeling disgusted. They let you do this at the north Kingstown one even if they were busy. I almost said something when I came around again busy decided not to because it would bother everyone else there besides the 1 girl I have a major problem with being the Spanish lady manager. I went to McDonald’s down the street immediately after grabbed a burger complaining about Wendy’s. Don’t go to Wendy go to McDonald’s down the street or Taco Bell up the street. I always knew this Wendy’s was bad, but I think it’s time for them to close their doors.

  Why don't y'all have a public restroom when it's literally required by law? Got food here, wasn't allowed to use the restroom.

  Wasn’t busy around 5:30pm three cars in line I was the second one … anyways your medium coca-cola was nasty watered down mix of god knows what had like three different flavors, wasn’t crisp definitely flat i took two sips automatically goes in the trash ! The fries taste like they been sitting under a hot lamp all day some cold some warm great combo , when someone goes fast food it says hot and fresh NOT like-warm leftovers, only thing that was good was the double stacker . I knew I should of went to Mac Donald’s I just figured I give Wendy’s a shot 😬 what a waste of $11

  Not a fan of the AI drive thru but so long as people have a job, it's fair. It's a modern Wendy's, recommend the wooden chairs if dining in
