We don’t do the drive thru as orders are messed up all the time so we went inside, ordered from the kiosk and by the time we got home I noticed we were missing a 10 piece nugget. We would have went back but with the traffic and our road isn’t plowed completely we weren’t going back out. We understand it’s busy but at least double check before handing out, the bag was full so it was hard for us to see. Nothing like paying for food and not getting it! No customer service on the receipt either to reach out to

- CLChris LegendzJan 6, 20261.0Ben our cashier went above and beyond and was all well untill the manager whom barely spoke English zyad or ziod ? verbally attacked my son and I for attempting to ask for sweet and sour sauce and incinuating we were stealing sauces for nuggets we had purchased already and continued to yell and say we should have asked and we attempted to but nobody was near the front counter for help at all and to make matters worse there was a wet floor sign face down in the entry way and I slipped and fell pretty bad coming into the building
