  2x I have gone there and gotten the wrong coffee! Thank goodness there's one on every corner. There is Noone in line or inside and they still can't make it right!

  I had a mobile order for a drink and two French cruller but they were out of Fc so I asked for glazed donuts but same thing happened again. I was a bit disappointed and asked if it’s possible to get refund. In stead of going through all the hassle on the app making phone call to get my money back, the girl working there offered me something else instead of donut which works too! Thanks for making things right and providing a solution that saves me time and fill my tummy at the same time : )

  Of all the Dunkins I’ve been to in my lifetime, this one most definitely ranks in the top 35% (and I’ve been to A LOT of Dunkins). One worker in particular was especially outgoing and made my experience quite pleasant, I believe his name was Brian. Overall this is a fine establishment.

  Ordered my coffee and breakfast sandwich around 0830. After being cashed out, the cashier shouts “another one, no tip” as if I’m SUPPOSE to tip. First off, I worked behind that counter and I know what it’s like. I get you don’t make enough but guess what? There are people who are serving that actually work longer hours and get paid less than you do believe it or not. I tip when I have cash. Even if the service was sub-par ie: Large iced coffee Caramel Swirl/Hazelnut Regular which turned into a large iced caramel swirl no cream no sugar even though it was labeled correctly on the cup (LG Ice Caramel Swirl Hazelnut 3 sugars, 3 Cream. Point is, if you’re unhappy at your entry level job, don’t take it out on your customers, take it out on your employer or just leave the company if it annoys you that much.
