  Waited in the drive thru for two drinks. Didn’t mind the wait. But a lady came to the window and said a total after we had paid. We let her know we had already paid and said we were waiting on our beverages. She goes with an attitude “what are you waiting on” very very rudely. Told her she walked away all persnickety. Also made my drink with oat milk instead of regular which I can’t drink so I’ll be going to a different location from now on. Also it’s my birthday and this was my first stop of the day and set my day off badly.! Thanks a lot!

  I’ve never gone back to this location after they couldn’t make coffee right they’d rather focus on gossiping again if you ask me about the atmosphere it sucked because it was empty with staff members that rather Talk to each other and then when you ask them to actually like you know, come over and do their job they refuse to. And considering I had to go in because my coffee taste absolutely deplorable And ask them to remake it, but apparently that was beyond their comprehension level so they rather have a refunded me and be able to actually know how to make a coffee. But they’re on higher skills to attack children, and customers verbally. And their district manager allows it as after this experience, I reached out to her. She was less concerned about my experience and more concerned with defending her employees. I as a human being don’t think anyone should have to be subjected to, but I had to experience and I couldn’t assure you that you know if you went it was good. I see you there’s 50-50 results sometimes it’s good Bad but what I see consistently is that no one is held accountable. They never hear your concern and when I go to a place to spend money on something I want I expected should be a common expectation but here in 2025 Hire quality and we don’t expect to serve quality because we are a franchise well they think that America run it down dunkin so why should they value you?

  My sandwich was completely burnt! I ordered on the app and walked in to pick it up. There wasn't a customer or employee in sight. I did not open the sandwich until I returned to work and was extremely disappointed. In the past the employees do not acknowledge the customers, instead they are chit chatting with each other about other employees. Very unprofessional location, I will never return to them.

  Horrible slow service, people continuously walking out,staff swearing and complaining! I will not be back. Take the short drive down the street to the other location!
