Then refused to put the manager on the phone or refund me and made me sit on hold for over 10 mins before the "general manager" got on the phone. Like, I only wanted the items I paid for or a refund to my card if they had no intentions of delivering it. Not getting told by some random associate that I can have a credit for the next time I order and "just tell them blah blah blah". No ty. Ive learned my lesson. Im done ordering from this place. What an absolute joke.
