- PMPJ MouraNov 5, 20251.0I’ve ordered from Domino’s plenty of times before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order for parmesan bites, an Italian sub, two steak subs, and a special pizza. Pretty simple order, right? Well, what I actually got was three random pizzas, one sub, and the parmesan bites — completely wrong. I called right away, and to their credit, they came back out to swap the pizzas for the subs I originally ordered. But that’s where things somehow got even worse. When I opened the subs, there was absolutely nothing inside them — literally just bread with maybe a trace of sauce. No steak, no toppings, nothing. At that point, I couldn’t even believe it. Not only did they mess up the order twice, but it felt like no one cared enough to check what they were sending out. I paid good money for this order and got nothing close to what I expected. Between the wrong items, the missing ingredients, and the overall lack of care, this was a huge disappointment. Domino’s seriously needs to train their staff better and double-check orders before they leave the store. This experience was frustrating, time-wasting, and honestly unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
