When I called the lady offered to give me a full refund before I even asked for any money back then hung up on me a little while later she called me back asking for photos which I happily sent and told me I could not get a refund bc the hair was no longer in the pizza???? Honestly horrible customer service as I would say something on the phone and would just get ignored

The estimated delivery time was 6:15 PM, so we waited, expecting a call or a knock at the door, but nothing happened. When I checked the website, it showed the order as “delivered,” even though we never received it. I called and was told the driver had called multiple times, which isn’t possible since no phone number was provided, and there was no knock at the door. They offered to remake and resend the order. After waiting another hour with no update, I called back around 7:20 PM. When I asked for an estimated delivery time, the woman I spoke to hung up on me. My husband called back and was met with rudeness and told we had entered the wrong phone number, despite me already explaining that the website never requested one. We were also unable to get any ETA. This was a complete waste of time. I’m pregnant and need to eat within a certain window or I get very sick. Customer service at this location seriously needs improvement. The Spanish lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude. Waited 2 hours for my order.
