I seriously don't know why I keep giving this place a chance. The food is mediocre and not worth the price they charge. I placed an order online recently, waited for the tracker to say pick up ready, went to go get my order only to have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes because apparently part of my order was not ready. I then was told to pull up (they'd bring out my order) after sitting at the drive thru for 15 mins...after sitting in my car for another 5 mins, I got sick of waiting and went inside. Finally my missing item was done. I asked the employee who handed me my order why the tracker said it was done when obviously the order wasn't, only to be told by a young man that the tracker is just an estimate and on "busy" days it's not accurate. Busy??? There were hardly any cars in the parking lot when I went, and hardly any customers inside, so don't give me the busy excuse. Also, funny how there was an older woman waiting in drive thru behind me, and when I went to finally leave, she was still sitting at the drive up window waiting on her order...thoroughly annoyed with this entire experience. This is my last time ever ordering from Angelo's...I've had nothing but bad experiences with this place and I'm not one to complain because I get things happen but it seems every time I've ordered from here it's been nothing but issues, from missing items to orders not being completed on time. If your tracker truly is an estimate and does not reflect true pick up ready status then invest in one that does.

Years ago it was always hit and miss with this place. I gave them a new chance in 2026 and they got it right and ill return as long as its consistent. Keep it up!
